DUTIES

  • Coordinate Literacy efforts of Bible Societies (nBSs) in various countries in Africa
  • .Support Capacity Building for Literacy in nBSs.
  • Stimulate the development of relevant literacy materials for various language communities
  • Encourage the writing of project proposals & reports
SKILLS REQUIRED

Training & communication

  • Development of Literacy materials
  • IT literacy
  • Project Management & Coordination
  • Research
  • High proficiency in English and French
  • Versatility in the use of various media will be an added advantage
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • M.A. or M.Ed. with specialization in language education and/or literacy education
  • At least 2 years experience in literacy and related field
